More then one ringing line?
Can someone point me in the right direction, I'd like to set up something so when I receive an incoming call more then one phone rings. Caller ID (incoming)
What are the steps in activating/turning on caller ID. Is there a setting that needs to be changed in a certain LD if so where do I start? I'm using a universal trunk card. (option 11) incoming calls only show my ACOD t2theroy- t2theroy

Route & COT...Am I on the right Track?
Could someone have a look and see if I'm on the right track. I'm new to all this and have made it this far with everyones help from here. I've created a new route "0" in Ld 16 and COT line on 7 1 (I am reusing a system from another company and just want to add our phone line to the PBX system...- t2theroy
