We performed a scheduled failover test this evening. We discovered that our branch office lost In-bound DID capabilities.
Configuration:
CS1000B with PRI to PSTN > Redundant CS1000E with no PSTN > CS1000M with all PSTN trunking.
We dropped the Prime SS on the CS1000E - the Branch...
I discover tonight that we have a RED light on our CS1000E -
it's on CPU-0 Very Top Cabinet
System = RED
Power = RED
The system appears to be running fine - was able to swap CPU's - just not certain to the cause
Not too certain how to troubleshoot this issue - sure not very comfortable with...

We have a cs1km - cs1ke in our network - we currently use key 0 - 4 DID
key 1 - 4 digit roll-over (need to expand this field to 6 digit)
We're looking to open up the roll-over key 1 on all phones to 6 digits - I'm now restricted

We have a user on cs1000e rls 4.5 - m3904. She intermittently looses the transfer capability. The soft key is still present - just can't complete the transfer - reset of the phone temporarily clears the trouble.

We have run out of IP User licenses on our cs1000e - we have 379 left on our cs1000b - we're running on rls 4.5
Can we have some of these licenses moved over the cs1000e? Can we add more licenses to the PBX without being forced to upgrade?
