Avaya Interaction Center - EDU properties question
I need to add a variable to the EDU that doesn't need to be archived in the database. The EDU properties populate a URL when an agent screen pops. I can get the new field in the URL, but if I inject a value during the call, it doesn't show up (others do, so I know the test method works). So...- thefunksterdeluxe
