We are having problems with a manual record button on a ip 500 ver 5.08 when you press the button when you are on a call it plays please enter your accsess code message. We have deleated the mailbox and checked the source code but cant get it to work
we have a error on a bcm call center when you run a report it says the sql encription key is corupt please use the call center repair tool when we do it states it cannot restor a backup sql encription key any idears?? do we have to re encript the data and make a new key?
we have a win 2003 server running ccr and have a strange problem all was working fine untill we changed the ip address of the server now the ccr will not let us log on we get the ccr admin logon page but it stops there?? any ideas? we are running the latest version of ccr
