I have an SV which cuts outs on night service it starts with an AUto attendant announcing opening hours then by pressing 1 allows you to leave a message this all works fine until the caller speaks to leave a message, as soon as the outside caller speaks it cuts of the call, any ideas?

I have the NEC SV8100 sp30 working fine on local lan but it won't work over a vpn connection even though i can ping the system and programme it over the VPN am i missing a simple step in the setting up of the SV8100 all answers gratefully appreciated
