SCH8783, when no BFS exists.
I am trying to out a handset and get the error "(SCH8783) The monitored or monitoring set cannot be moved or copied." I did a print to make sure that it wasn't monitored by anyone/anything else, and it claimed to be monitored by my handset - it was once upon a time, but not for several months...- matthardwick

Is there something like BFS but no foward ability
Basically, I want a clerk to see when a director is busy - but not have the ability to have his calls forwarded... the BFS, if pressed by the clerk means the director's calls all go to her - I only want her to see if he's on the line or not.
