Symptom:
1. I am not receiving the BYE commands on the SPAN port to end the SIP call.
2. Wireshark shows the calls initiating but then don't end making it seem it's a long call.

I am using the most recent SIP firmware on the NRX. I have to enable supervision otherwise the call never...

I have an NTR logger that developed a sudden problem with recording audio on an avaya active solution. Cm I believe is 6.x. AES also 6.x.

Well, on to the next problem.
It seems that calls that are transferred from an agent (A1) to another agent(A2)stops being recorded when the 2nd agent has the call and A1 hangs up. Also calls made between two agents are not being recorded.
