I have everything working on IPOCC 10.1. Can do emails and chat fine. trouble is calls are only ringing once on the agents user/communicator app. I have change the ring time on the agent group and the topic but to no avail.
has anyone else come across this and what was the work around?

Rebooted primary server running IPO 9.1.5 and ipoffice service wont start after reboot. I rebooted secondary server and all services come up just fine.
