Huawei guys are asking me to bring C7 out f Nortel. As per my knowledge, C7 or SS7 (Q.700 Series) are PSTN protocols (for PSTN PABXs) whereas as QSIG (Q.931) is PISN (Private Integrated Switching Network) Protocol.
I will really appreciate if someone confirm about authenticity of my concept...

I have read the Nortel documents about these protocols, however I need a little more details about them. More accurately, tell me how should I define these protocols individually to someone other then Nortel people... They just know QSIG and ISDN. How to explain...

I need to know about the difference between C7 and ISDN. Can I integrate my Nortel CS1000E on E1 with Huawei CNC08 that works on C7?
