    hey guys im upgrading a BCM 3.7 to 6.0 soon and was wondering if anyone has done it yet 1)what time frame 2) what steps 3) what issues to look forward to 4) any info would be great thanks

    bcm 3.7 with IE 8 jave 6

    im connecting through vpn tunnel and i can reach the login screen and it runs the java but when i enter user name and password i get errors and i know the user name and password is correct.

    LUADS partner door phone not disconnecting?????

    I have 2 LUADS partner door phones ext 29 and 30 and they ring all extensions but the customer doesnt want to go to phone to answer it as they know its the door so they go to the door directly and the door phones dont disconnect it just says door phone ext 29 or 30 on the phone and i have waited...

    need help i got a partner rls8.0 and need to do a broadcast msg through the auto attendant by pressing *** ext and it will send a msg to a group then 12 members in the group will get the msg and then out call to there cell phones this is a electric company with after hours emerg service need...
