    Hello all, using auto attendant; can you make two DN's ring when one key is pressed. I have a location that has two admins and need the ability for both attendant sets to ring when a caller presses the "1" key. Thanks! Also, how do I add more "users" to the CCR Tree?

    auto answer on addon module

    Here's another one. I have a 3904 with two addon modules. Lately when a call comes in on a DN on the addon module and the handset is picked up the call automatically connects before the user has a chance to press the key on the addon module associated with DN to answer it.
