There are some users that need to use the TAC code for the main trunk because these users shouldn't have any call's restriction .
Is there any way of configure it so only some phones can use the TAC code?

An user cannot divert the user's phone or pick up a call from another phone through the normal manor of pressing '8'.
Configuration phone as follow. When I have checked the line is blocked, but he says that he can receive calls.

I have created the following hunt group with extension 4430. User wants; Firstly goes to ext 4585
if this is busy it then moves onto ext 4353 then 4760 followed by 4737 & then 4178 and if it is not answered at all it leaves voice mail on 4430.
