User has to push the key to get the call
Hi everyone, First post on Tek-tips. I have a weird problem on a Nortel 1140 (CS1k). When calling the 2nd DN on the phone, the phone rings but when the user picks up he hears a continuous tone. 7449 cordless not accessing the line
Hi everyone. I am having trouble making a cordless 7449 (DMC320 connected to BCM400)access the second line. The DN should access 2 lines. No CLID on T7316E
Hi, everybody. I have a BCM400 with 8 GATM8 modules and 2 DSM+. The problem is that one T7316E doesn't receive the CLID of an incoming call. I bypassed the BCM and tested the analog line and Bell does send the CLID info. I checked the configuration on the BCM (Caller ID Set) and it is OK. The...- babajoe
