What would be the easieat way to pull / genetate call detail reports (for call cost/ billing)off of a system (81c at District office, E/S's at sites-30 sites all togather) Thanks. O.K. I have installed TM 3.2 on a windows 2k3 server and configured it to run as a standalone server. From what I understand, I can either use a serial or ethernet connection.
