I recently took out the LCOB card, in slot 5, lco1-4 marked on unputs. when I put the card back the phone lines have stopped working. Access Deny comes up? in pgm 101 ive added the card as LCOB 4 in slot 5, and in pgm 103 ive put order 1 next to the card? what am i missing? thanks in advance
