Customer was having problems with HP LaserJet M1522nf losing connection after scanning one page and having to restart printer constantly. After reinstalling software on computer with no change, decided to update firmware from HP website. Now printer comes up with "Hewlett-Packard" on first line...
Customer has CICS with CallPilot 100. Have programmed night mode which is working but, if caller dials "0" or there is no response it directs call to ext 221 receptionist. We would prefer to direct these calls to mailbox for 221 rather than ext. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
