hello I am having issue where most of the down arrows do not open up. specifically the Function menu beside the documents. At folder level it seem to work. I am using EI browser and the it says" waiting data " and the fuction menu will not open thus cannot view the attributes , audit etc ...

Livelink takes long time to upload documents into a folder. 2MB Document takes about 1 minute to upload. any idea where the problem maybe ? i have brava 6.0 installed and all the latest brava 6.0 patchs are applied as well. Just incase brava was the issue, Could this be index problem? or server...

Hello I am using Kofax release script 7.5 releasing to livelink 971 and only the release queue is very slow, all the other queues go through quickly. any idea - database? - network connection? - kofax application? restarted all release queu services already - anything else.
