Ok never installed call center, was able to program the skillsets and agents and all the recordings all that is fine. installed the softwar from the cd on a PC the web host software, installed the reporting software, I can log on to the admin. menu change pass word, then select call center...
I herd this can be done but have never tried it, connect 0x32 to the cisco voip system. If any one can lead me to the doc. on this I'll be glad to do some reading.

Ok I cut the two PRI's friday every thing went well, route 001
des code 9 any. just one problem remember there was allready one PRI in the 0x32 working fine with route 001, des code 5 because there was a digit conflick with the 9, but after installing the secound comdo card and the secound PRI...
0x32 has one PRI dest code 9, adding another one. it will have its owne D channel. the set up I want is when the first 23 channels are in use in the 1st. PRI that it will start accesing the secound one for incoming and out going when making or receiving calls.
