Incoming Call not following ICR and going to voicemail
I have an ip500 v2 with R8 and embedded voicemail. The incoming call route is set to go to a hunt group then overflows to AA. Occasionally the incloming call goes directly to voicemail, never goes to hunt group or AA. Any ideas what is causing this? Thanks!- endyphonegal

Change Mailbox on Vodavi StarPlus Sts System
Trying to change the mailbox number that is assigned to an extension. Currently ext 235 has mailbox 000 assigned to it. I've gone into hyperterminal programming and changed the mailbox number to 114, saved it. But when I go to the phone, it still goes to mailbox 000. Is there something else...- endyphonegal
