I have a main CS1000 rel 7 connected to a Cisco UCM rel 8 via qsig. Also have several 1000B's connected to the main CS1000 via sip. A 1000B TDM phone gets reorder when dialing a Cisco phone , yet a Cisco phone can call that same TDM phone. This happens at all my branches. I need help...

I have 3 branch offices with ip phones, one of my branch offices has a very high 1140 failure rate. (nearly one a week lately) The screens go blank and the back of the phone feels warm. Could this be a poe issue ? How much power should an IP phone draw ? As always , any assistance is appreciated.
