    007MLM ext 11 light on and no message

    I have a Merlin Legend R7 with an 007MLM and ext 11 every morning when the customer comes in has his message waiting light turned on. When he checks it there is no message. I do remember a problem with lights not functioning properly, but the customer says this happens every morning. Any ideas?

    Does anyone know how to status the D channel for the PRI with WinSPM? I have statused trunk 0124 which is the slot my DS1 card is in, but the status of the 24th port shows maintenance busy.
