    Phantom Tn cleanup

    I am trying to clean up my Phantom Tn's and can not find any way to disable them temporarily to see if they are still in use. Is there a way other than outing them? I have ISS VERSION 3021 RELEASE 3.

    Alarm Code 46213 Reports

    I am trying to delete a custom report created on a computer that no longer exists. Is there any way to delete this from the server side? Client SPA01, Report ID 232 returned Client/Server communication failure ( error code=11001 ).

    Call Forward No Answer question

    I have 1 3904 phone that has 3 numbers on it 1000, 1001, 1002. I have three other phones that back up just the 1001, and 1002. They do not want to answer the calls until it hits the 'rollup' line. I am trying to ring the main number (1000) then no answer to 1001 which shows up on all phones...
