one box auto attendent not functioning

But after replacing IPLU card if I dial Voicemail hunt group no internally it will prompt the preloaded welcome promt message , after that if i press any internal extension it prompts as below. IP softphone licence
Hi, Can anybody guide me on BP 250 PBX. I want one confirmation that I am using one BP 250 R15 system with one IPU card. I want to install IP softphones (DNA client phone) to my system. Is seperate licence is required for softphones or else it is coming with the IPU card.- BP128i
