Does anybody know if it is possible to FTP the Voice Quality logs from a 3300?
I have looked around while FTPed in, but could not find anything.
I know you can export them via the System Administration Tool. But I have 30 sites and would like to be able to automate the process.

I am trying to export forms from 29 3300 ver 9 PBXs. The export works on 25 of the 3300.
When I try and export from the other four, I get an Invalid Access Tool Detected error.
I have cleared the IE Cache and the 3300 has been rebooted.
I was wondering if anyone has encountered this error...
I have a 5224 IP phone with a callback message that the user can not erase.
When the user presses the vm key, they do not get the Callback softkey, they just hear they have no new messages. Last week the user was able to erase callback messages and nothing has changed for that ext.

On the 7100 Management Access Point, is it possible to change the admin and/or engineer password by signing in as the root user (the root password is the only known password)?
