    9620 settings file

We recently upgraded our 8300 so we are able to use the 9620 model phones. Will the 46xxx settings file still work? Can it still go through TFTP to be able to add the code for dialing an 8 instead of a 9 for calls in the call log?

    Avaya 4610sw IP

When we view the log of missed calls and try to dial a number, the phone automatically adds a 9 and 1 before the number. We need to dial an 8 to get out instead of a 9. Where is this setting at to change it? Is it the actual firmware or is there the setting on the phone? Thanks in advance.
