I am looking to find how Medpro,IPSI,CLAN connected to data network. Medpro and IPSI have active and standby config.
We see packets discarded when we status medpro boards.

Email notification suddenly stopped working when user receive voice mail messages. It worked for 6 months.
I checked wso server and all fields in notify me > automatic rule looks good including email address.

List trace shows Switch is not inserting "00" when user redial using missed call log to international destination and the call fails. The call goes through fine when user manually dial the digits.

When users call external numbers ,another number is showing up on the recipients caller ID rather than that of the person who is calling.
The user is calling from 1800 number but caller ID not showing 1800 number.
