    SPE down can't access

    I replaced a TN2211 optic drive on the standby-spe, now when I status SPE I get a not functional also I have no shadowing or handshake, I can't perform any troubleshooting because I can't access standby spe. This is AVAYA g3r v10. any thoughts

    Mitel 2000 PRI to H323 Gateway

    I have a Mitel 2000 PRI that's connect to ATM. I'm in the process of moving the PRI from the ATM to a H323 Gateway. Do I have to log into the PRI to make changes or should the Cofigurations remain the same. Thanks

    Replacing a TN 2211 OPTICAL DRIVE

    I have a G3R v10. I keeo getting STO-Data minor alarms,I am able to clear the alarms but within 48 hours the alarms return. Id like to replace the TN2211 with a new TN 2211, does anyone know the process of this, Thanks

    Hello, Does anyone know the difference bettween ARS/AAR capacity and the percentage I see up in the Right corner when I do the command ch ars a 5. I have a G3R and their is a difference but when I do a disp sys capacity and it gives me a used, avaiable, system limit.Thanks

    incoming call handeling treatment

    I have a PRI trunk group with 23 DS0's. When a call comes in to this trunk group the incoming call handeling treatment routes the call to the appropiate station. I have a G3R, I need to route 200 numers but the trunk group programming only reserves 3 pages for this and digit conversion does not...

    Intergration problem with Avaya G3R and a Octel 250

    I have a Octel that is offsite and works great with Mitels and Harris PBX's. My problem is I'm trying to get my Avaya to work correctly. When I call a Avaya phone it keeps forwarding to the "open trees" recording, I need it to forward to the actual mailbox of the phone I'm calling.
