I have an issue with the Campaign call details report.
some desposition code appear appear blank although all other parameter(call duration-call time-talk duration-....etc) for this call is exist.
any one can interpret to me what does it mean???

Any one can assist me.I have CC 6.I tried to run Campaign with Contact list 10000 customer but i got error message indicate that the max no of customer list is 5000.any one knows how can increase the campaign customer list size??
