i just added an ip office 500v2 7.0.27 to an existing SCN, when i use the manager software to view all sites only my local site shows i cannot administer any of the other sites unless i use the ip of each specific system, total of three sites all ver 7.0.27. any ideas?

I upgraded a 5.0 straight to 6.1 and have a down system, tech support explained to erase config. Then upgrade to 6.0 then to 6.1.
I had purchased the upgrade Lic for the system
I erased config but the release continues to show as 6.1 how do I convert back to 5.0?
