    IP address question

    I'm not a professional but have a question that I can't seem to get an answer to and this seemed like a logical choice. What kind of IP address is this: http://0137.0333.0227.0070/ This doesn't seem to be a valid address yet it resolves and I have no clue how or why. Thanks in advance. Jeff
