    Can we program Key 0 as hot key for 1110 phone?

    We are using broadcastiing to broad cast annoucements and others. can we program 1110 key 0 as hot key? since it is a single line phone.Do anybody use it that way? I think they are generally used in lobby and conference rooms. Please advise .

    music on hold not working

    Hello!!!! would appreciate your advise. we had received 2 mp3 files and had converted to wav as per the required 8khz 16bit ,mono. then i renamed the files to holdmusic2.wav and holdmusic3.wav also entered those files in the tone and music. copied to to primary folder -files i also rebooted...

    Hi, I have a BCm 50 rls 1.0.And also SRG 200 3.6 registered to cs1000. I am able to call from BCm 50 to SRG but getting dead air.The SRG side is unable to hear. Any help will be appreciated. Regard

    when a dn is picked up gets dead air

    Dn appears as scr on multiple phones. and sometimes user when picking up gets dead air. all extenions have cls POA its not consistent. Any suggestions

    Mcr key some times when picked gives dead air

    There is a MCR keys on 15 extensions and when one person makes a conference call.The other users can user the MCR key and listen to the conference. some times there is dead air if some users pick up. can anyone advise? Cls has POA,FTTU/FTTC.

    If is a 16 digit authorization codes and if make a mistake it gives warning tone then allows to reenter the number. Where do we set this?
