    BCM hot keypad

    On an old mytel SX200 system that we have the superset 420s would automatgically go on speaker when you started pressing the numbers on the keypad. I think it may be called "hot keypad" or the like. Is that feature available on the BCM platform?

    BCM 450 R5 qos monitor service failing

    Title pretty much sums it up...when that happens things stop working sometimes it you can manually restart it and it will stick for a while sometimes it will stop and you cant restart it without a reboot sometimes it will just flap I'll be happy to provide more info if needed

    BCM 400 caller id set grayed out

    bcm 400, trying to assign a line to a DN, where one would set appearance type, appearances and caller ID set, the caller ID set box is grayed out and wont let me change it. I've tried untying the line from the DN, restarting element manager, and even rebooting the bcm, but no dice on this...
