Very Strange Issue With Days of the Week
All, I am using Crystal to report on Nortel's Contact Center Manager. When I run reports to look at the whole week (7x24) I get Monday through Saturday listed on the report with their totals for those days. Report Creation Wizard
Report Creation Wizard is making me crazy!!!! I've imported the report for interval, daily, weekly, and monthly data. The only thing that works is interval.
