BSR Not Working
We are trying to use BSR between two call centers. The local switch is a G3 V15 and the far switch is G3 V13. I believe to have the primary, status, and interflow vectors set up correctly on both sides. We are using a h.323 trunk between the centers. The error we are getting is event error 251...- emackey3k

96xx phones latest firmware no call log when voicemail is left
I have a minor annoyance that just started happening with the latest firmware on the 9620 and 9650 phones we have deployed. The call log works fine unless the caller leaves a voicemail. Nice Analyzer Automate Report
Is there a way to automate a Nice Analyzer Report to run daily? We are running Nice Analyzer release 3.0.3 SP4 Build Number 25. I looked around the help and googled for awhile but was unable to find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks- emackey3k
