Our 16 port digital board fried the other day. We recived our new board today. Upon plugging the board in and rebooting the ip office, none of the phones are booting up. In manager the software on the board is showing 4.1 (31) when everything else is useing 4.2 (14). Any ideas?

I am having trouble getting the vpn software loaded on a 4620 ip phone. When the phone connectes to the tftp server it downloads all the updates then restarts. But when it restarts it just downloads the software from the tftp server over and over. Any ideas? We have a IP 500

Hi guys, working with a customers legend and having problem getting the caller id to work. I have set all lines (4) to loop start, verified with the CO that the service is installed on the lines (4). When a caller calls in, the display shows outsie>no caller id Any ideas? Thanks

Hi all, have a customer that vpn's into the network. Its just a basic network no domain. In order for him to get access to the windows 2008 server, he has to start, run \\server then enter his user and password. Is there a way i can make it so that he does not have to do this? Thanks in advance.
