Laserwriter 16/600 starting to show toner smudges/flecks

Ink for the Xerox Phaser 8550 Metered and Non-metered the same?
I have a (standard?) Xerox Phaser 8550. By mistake I purchased ink on Ebay that is for the METERED Phaser 8550. I have been told by Xerox that the ink is exactly the same for both of them, and only the shape of the ink cubes differ. Is that accurate according to your experience? I do not want to...- Redpackman

Phaser 850 prints 200 then ink stops printing, Help!
I have a Phaser 850 which prints fine for the first 200 or so double sided pages we print, but then around 200 the ink, one color or another, usually black, gives out.
