BCM 400 Remote Call Forwarding
Can someone tell me if there is a way to set up call forwarding from a remote location? If I (ok, actually my IT guys) forget to set up my phone to forward a cell phone while still in the office, is there any way to call in or otherwise remotely set that up? I have a BCM 400 phone system...- SeanJM

BCM 400 Problem with Reports
I have a BCM 400 that, since Feb '09 has been having continuing problems with viewing reports. I get it fixed, a short time later some other Windows update comes out and the whole thing breaks again.
