    PSTN Fallback "Expensive Route"

    I set up a bcm 450 with Pstn fallback to maintain 5 digit dialing if the voip trunk fails, but now when I try dialing out using PRI I get "Expensive Route" on the phone. Is there a way to remove this message. The destination digit for dialing out on PRI is not part of a routing service.

    Looking for a way to restore programming records from excel format into a bcm. I know you can save the programming records under the session tab as either html or excel format. When I tried to restore the excel or html format I get "Fail to extract signature from archive". Anyone know why...
