I have a BCM400 with IP Phones and when 2 IP phones hold a conversation after 5 mins the calls drop for no reason. I have Keep Alive checked and my codec and jitter buffer are set to Auto. Has anyone ran into this issue or have any ideas on how I may be able to fix this?
