Whic Party Disconnected.
Running CS1000 with CC 6.0 Hi, In CC6 or PBX, Is there a way to find out which party disconnected a call? In CC6's Call-By-Call Report, it shows call released with no other details. After some testing "Call Released" is what it shows whether the agent or calling party released.- Strize
