We have an Avaya R18 CMS Server whose ADM to network is failing. In the past when it fails, we would create more space and/or restart the CMS Server. we have done these steps already this time to no avail.

These problems have been recuring since the upgrade from CCC & IP...
I have a client with 2 sites, with two cpu-x systems. recently both sites where struck by lightning and the othe cpu-x is flashing "orange" then "red and Green" i cannot connect to this cpu and the other site is flashing 'green and Orange" and but red is steady red. any ideas?
