If I have a client that has IP Office 500 V1 running R5.0(8) and I want to upgrade them to 5.0(26) is there a cost for the upgrade license even though I am still in the R5 software??

When you upgrade Avaya IP Office from 4.1 to 6.0 do you need to upgrade the voicemail pro with it? And does this upgrade require a license??

We have to different sites with 2-Nortel MICS systems that are connected with a Point 2 Point T1. I need to build a routing group with 4 extensions that forward from one site to the other with a button on one of the extension that allows them to toggle the forward feature.
I have never built...
Anyone know why if I try to set Forward extension to extension using Feature F4 the phone will idle for a sec then read Feature Timeout??

I am wondering if anyone can tell me if a MICS running 3.0 can support a PRI/Clocking?
Do I need to upgrade the software to 6.0 or above?
Do I need a combo fiber with the clocking?
Or a fiber and seperate clocking?

I was wondering if the best way besides a physical inventory is to command LD117 to pull the system inventory? And then do INV PRT Cards to print out the system inventory.

I have a Partner R6 with a pcmia small voicemail card. When I call in I am getting a voicemail responce that says "this mailbox is not accepting calls at this time, good bye" and then hangs up??
I have Auto Attendant turned on and it will answer from time to time correctly but most of the time...
Can anyone tell me what software these two systems are running?
I have one that has system software: SP:30BKG06-NAT
And another system running software: sp:30NDG13-NAT
