    IPK PRI Static

    Customer was ugraded from Elite 192 to IPK 4600. We just put another CPU in it. Added a PRI from a.t.&t. 20 B-Channels on PRT U-20 in slot 1-7. Static is heard on the customers side as well as "clipping or choppines" I don't hear it on my end. We swapped the CLK card but I wonder if a D-Channel...
