    Auto Attendant - Not playing recorded message

    I have a IP Office SOE using the embedded voicemail and for some reason I have recorded the messages and prompts using the short codes. when dialing into the system it registeres the prompts, but never plays the recordings. Any ideas what could be the issues?? Bryan
