Can anyone list me the programming steps to make on a mediatrix 1102. I am trying
to link one with a sip trunk to a 3300. I have tried the Mitel knowledge base guide
but the sip trunk is down and there's no dial tone from the 1102, just a rapid bleeping sound. All the network stuff is in place.

Has anyone had a problem whereby when opsman ids does a sync with AD it does not pick up changes. We have found that by changing the ldap path in ids to point to a specific AD folder where a change is sitting then it will be picked up. However, the ids ldap search is not searching subfolders...
I have a 3300 (release 8 UR4) running mainly 5212 phones. I have added 5 x 5312 phones as Mitel cannot sell us anymore 5212's.
There are problems when the 5312 users use the phonebook search feature, they either cannot find some entries or else they do not get the next prompt for when they are...

Hi, I've forgotten the login uername\password for the e2t card (connecting using putty.exe). I thought it used to be admin\ipera3000, I've also tried the stuff like system\password etc. I have managed to login via the rtc card using port 2007 in putty.exe, that's a trick I learned awhile back...
