I have fanvil phones on a UCX250. In the phones call log it is adding an extra 1 so they are unable to dial the number back. Was wondering how to fix that?

I recently switched a customer over from IP Office to a UCX250 and there are a few things they are not liking.
1. When a parked call times out it rings back as a regular call instead of letting them know it was a parked call.

I am working on an older Definity system that has a Repartee voice mail. Whenever I add a new extension and give it a mailbox i get the following error message when I try to dial that extension from the auto attendant. I get a system greeting of "extension not defined". Any thoughts.
