    MICS line pool access codes

    I am trying to program a line pool to have a n access code of 3, but the system seems to only allow an 8 or 9. Any idea how to make 3 a viable option? Thanks,

    Secondary Language for a Call Pilot 100

    I set up secondary language as part of the initial config on a new Call Pilot 100, but the only one available seems to be Cantonese, which does me no good. Any ideas how to use Spanish as an alternate language? I tried pressing 2 when going into Feature 983 but still only Cantonese available...

    Hunt Group Voicemail

    I have a MICS with a Call Pilot 100. I have a CCR tree sending calls to a hunt group with several extensions in it. Is it possible to have calls to this hunt group roll to a voicemailbox after a certain amount of rings? If not, any ideas how to work around this?
