OPT 81 /cs1000
I have a shelf I would like to remove. All line cards have been outed and removed except for the DTR card. What need to be done to remove this card and out this shelf so it can be removed?
I am needing some assistance on changing my outbound local PSTN calls. I believe that changing the ROUT number in the RLI will point the call to the proper route. But i need to keep the access code "9" on the digits sent. The calls are now going to another pbx to route them to the pstn.
I have a cisco call mamager tied to my CS1000 MG 5.0 with 2 qsig pri's. We have 2 pri's connecting the CS1000 to the pstn. When calls come to the nortel from the cisco the caller id and number are correct. When the cisco calls out to the pstn the caller id is being changed to the main number...
We have tied a nortel cs1000 5.0 (opt 81) to a cisco call manager with 2 qsig pri's. Every thing is working between them fine but we are now getting the following error none stop. Does any one know what might be causing this.

I am needing to add new loops for a Dual PRI card. I am not certian which loop numbers to make them (I think I need to add 2 loops?)

We have a MICS 4.1 norstar system that we are wanting to change the service on to a pri. There is currently a T1 going into the system with DID numbers. What all is involved to change the system to allow the Pri to work and what new cards and keycode are needed to do this

I am wondering why on some calls the caller id shows up as DN 8999-1 or 8999-(1 thru 46) as the in coming call. DN 8999 is the ACOD for route 7 which is our Local PRI. I have have several people at the facility asking me why it is showing that and I have idea what to tell them.
I have set up a acd que and am trying to forward a phone to the the que. The call forward to call pilot instead of the acd que, if i dial the acd number the calls go through fine.
Im looking for a way to have 2 phones setup so that when both ends are picked up they can talk. I dont want to haft to worry about either end dialing a number or having one side pick up first so it dials the other. Is there a way to set up a point to point (prison phone) type circuit.

When I try to login to application builder I get a error "could not retrieve LDAP COM class ID" anyone know what this means. I can login to Callpilot Manager from the same pc with no problems
Im trying to get my cs1000 to sync with our ntp server. I am able to ping the ntp server through the elan and the tlan but can not get it to sync to element manager.
