    BLUE SCREEN ERROR

    I have a problem with my hp laptop 550.when i switched it on this morning it suddenly display blue screen error before i have try to system recovery but yet the error is still there and i don't want to lose my data.Can any body tell me on how to resolve the isssue of blue screen error.
