    Upgrade 1120e phones on IPO 9.0.4.

    Phones currently have SIP firmware, 04.03.18.00. They try to install SIP firmware 04.04.14.00 but receive an Authentication error. If I default the phone via the MAC address code, the phone will upgrade correctly. Any suggestions as to why normal upgrade fails?
